How You'll Learn

My course is designed to fit seamlessly into your home life schedule. You will participate in 11 live weekend workshops, where you will engage with other like-minded students. This will amount to approximately 160 hours of course material.


In between our weekend sessions, you will have access to on-demand content, along with quizzes to help reinforce your understanding of the essential topics. This format allows you the flexibility to study at your convenience. This makes up around 40 hours of course material.


You will also have assignments to complete as part of the course, and you will receive one-on-one feedback from Candice.


This course offers lifetime access to the content and continued support from your peers, ensuring that your learning journey never truly ends.

About Candice

Candice began sharing her love and passion for yoga over ten years ago. She founded Pasithea Yoga in 2020 and embarked on her teacher training journey. A firm believer in continued education, Candice is always open to learning new experiences and sharing them with her students.


She holds an E-RYT 500 certification with Yoga Alliance and is also certified in Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Additionally, she is an accredited Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider (YACEP).

How long will it take to complete the course?

Our course is here to guide you through an exciting journey that can be completed in just 11 months!


Can I spread the cost?

Absolutely! You have the option to pay all at once or split it into 6 easy, interest-free monthly payments. Whichever works best for you!*


Is this training in person or online?

It's online. Join us for our friendly training course that takes place on the weekends live online —just one weekend a month for 11 months! Plus, you can easily attend all our class tutorials online from the comfort of your home. We can’t wait to see you there!


Will there be an exam?

Yes, you will sit a final exam, which is open book, and support will be provided


Is there an assignment?

Yes. You'll get your assignment brief right at the start of your training, giving you plenty of time to work on it. Once you're done, you'll submit it for review as part of your course. Don't worry—great support will be there to help you along the way!


How many will be in the group?

The group will comprise no more than 15 students, ensuring that each student receives the attention they need to succeed.
