Hello, I’m Candice, a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to guiding others on their journey of self-discovery, transformation, and teaching. Over the past 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing yoga with students around the world, helping them deepen their practice and connect more profoundly with their inner selves and spirituality.
As the founder and lead trainer of our Yoga Alliance registered school, I’ve created a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program that empowers aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners alike. This internationally recognised certification ensures that every graduate can confidently step into the role of a yoga teacher and be part of a global community of trusted, accredited instructors.
My approach is rooted in personal experience. I’ve carefully designed our courses to fill the gaps I noticed in traditional trainings—providing clear, supportive, and comprehensive guidance for new teachers. My mission is to equip you with not only the knowledge and techniques to teach, but also the confidence and authenticity to share yoga in a way that truly resonates.
