Plans
We have purchased a stunning old farmhouse in central Portugal. Our plan is to expand our yoga business within our abandoned stone ruin . Our dream is to host more retreats, expand our yoga teacher offerings plus lots more! That is of course, after we have completed our huge renovation project in Portugal.
Our Evolution
In recent years, This Pasithea Life has developed into a central hub for yoga, wellness, and community. We have broadened our range of services to encompass workshops, events, and training programs, and have assembled a team of skilled and dedicated instructors. By acquiring our new property, we are now able to establish a more permanent presence in Portugal.

Our vision at This Pasithea Life is to create an off-grid space where people can experience the joy, peace, and transformation that comes with a dedicated yoga and meditation practice.
