Jamie is our Running Coach. He is a seasoned runner, and a very enthusiastic coach. Jamie has taken part in a number of half marathons in various locations, including; London, Lisbon, Marlow, and Cheltenham. Jamie is also an organiser of a local running group. So you can be sure that you are in safe hands with us on or running retreats.
At our Running Retreats in the UK, Jamie will give you talks based on his experiences with running, and preparing for events. You will be prepared for your runs mentally, with Jamie as your guide.
On our Running Retreat, you can join in with 3 guided runs of varying lengths between 5 miles and 16 miles, depending on your ability and goals.

On our Running Retreat, you can join in with 3 guided runs of varying lengths between 5 miles and 16 miles, depending on your ability and goals. You will have a variety of runs, including trails and quiet country roads.
You can also join in with optional evening yoga sessions, with our expert yoga teacher, Candice. To help your muscles stretch and recover, and give your hips some love - while you connect your body, mind and soul. You can opt to take part in meditations, Ice Baths, Wild Swimming and Countryside Walks....plus we have access to an onsite gym and sauna!
You will stay for 3 nights accommodation in the stunning Garth Barns, and all of your meals will be freshly prepared, and are included in the price.
All of the rooms at our retreat are en-suite and are either twin or double set ups.
